Furthermore, if you are convicted of marijuana cultivation, you can be sure sentenced to a maximum height of 36 months in prison. If you are found guilty of selling the entire quantity of marijuana, you can be sure of prison for a maximum period of four years and if you are found guilty of selling marijuana to a minor under 14 years, you can be sure sentenced to a maximum height of seven years in prison.
